Budiman Putra Asmaur Rohman received S.T. (B.Eng) degree in Engineering Physics from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Indonesia (2009). He got M.Eng (2018) and Ph.D. (2021) degrees from Kumamoto University, Japan majoring in radar signal processing and imaging.
Since 2022 he is with School of Electrical Engineering, Telkom University.
In 2020, he was a Visiting Research Scientist for radar signal processing at Fraunhofer Institute for High-Frequency Physics and Radar Techniques, Germany. From 2021 to 2022, he was a Researcher for radar signal processing and imaging at Wave Information Processing Laboratory, Kumamoto University, Japan.
Mr. Budiman research interests include signal processing, machine learning, and radar systems.
In 2018, he received IEEE I&MS SC Award from IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society and a research grant from IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society GSC 2018 program. In 2021, he received the IEEE Excellent Student Award of Fukuoka Section and IEEE IFT UAV Instrumentation and Data Processing Trophy.
